Why A GC6?

I own a 94 Subaru Impreza GC6 GX, a lot of you would be wondering why? Why a Subaru? Why a 90's car? Why that particular car?

Well its simple, I love it. Yes its a Subaru and, yes its a 90's car, however, it has a certain charm to it that is quite unique.

The GC6 has a 1.8 litre engine that may be under powered but very difficult to kill from what I have heard. It has the simply things like power steering, working air con, cruise control and two cup holders in the front. Yes it does still need work and yes I have put many hours into it already but, because Subaru is know as being a ''Lego'' car, most of the time parts from other GCs fit my car no problems depending on the year and the part of course.

Some of you are still wondering ''but why?''. A couple of months before I got my car I was looking for a new car for myself, my roommate got me behind the wheel of his 05 Subaru Impreza RS, and after that I knew my next car would be a Subaru. I spent months looks on Facebook marketplace and Carsales trying to find one that was close and affordable. I then came across my car, it was cheap and about an hour away, I was sold. 

I understand if Subaru isn't your cup of tea, you may like Toyota, Honda or you may like a lot of car brands, and that's okay. Everyone has different taste and that's okay. But for me at this time in my life its a Subaru for me.
